What’s so Mega about the Mega-Integrated Development, ParkTown?

Perhaps the most exciting development yet in 2025, ParkTown will be Tampines’ first fully integrated development. Located in Tampines North, this project is pivotal to the neighbourhood’s transformation into a liveable and accessible community.

A whopping 1,193 units are split across 12 blocks, rising 8, 12, and 13-storeys. They range from 1-bedroom + study to 5-bedroom units that include premium and premium + study units, totaling to 10 different unit types.


Of course, more mega developments exist in Singapore. There are 22 others, with Treasure at Tampines (recently completed in 2023) as its East-side companion. Yet, ParkTown will be the only mega and fully integrated development in the East, which makes it all the more prominent and exceptional. 


Other mega-integrated properties are Marina One Residences in Marina South, Watertown in Punggol, and North Park Residences in Yishun.

For active and nature-goers, a 15-metre wide pedestrian thoroughfare running through the middle of ParkTown brings nature to your doorstep. It is part of Tampines Boulevard Park (recently completed in 2024), a 13-hectare green space for all ages and various recreational activities.

Unlike the other areas in Tampines, Tampines North is relatively industrial and some might say, ulu. That is to say, there are many perks to anticipate with the completion of ParkTown in years to come. 


But its location still has its merits. ParkTown is close to Tampines Regional Centre, which is a 7-minute drive away. Closer still lies the Tampines Retail Park, housing IKEA, Giant, and Courts a convenient 5-minute drive away. 


In an established mature town beloved by many, the quiet Tampines North neighbourhood is close to the hubbub, and with ParkTown’s influence, will be the first to experience a new and completed Tampines.
