But its location still has its merits. ParkTown is close to Tampines Regional Centre, which is a 7-minute drive away. Closer still lies the Tampines Retail Park, housing IKEA, Giant, and Courts a convenient 5-minute drive away. 

In an established mature town beloved by many, the quiet Tampines North neighbourhood is close to the hubbub, and with ParkTown’s influence, will be the first to experience a new and completed Tampines.

Mega developments are popular with families, because they boast of larger communal spaces for children and elderly members. ParkTown is no different: you can expect to enjoy a host of amenities that encourage family and community cohesion.
